This Refund Policy explains the refund rights available to ExProTrack subscribers. ExProTrack is operated by ExProTrack and payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. All purchases are subject to Paddle's buyer protection terms.
Paddle Merchant of Record
Payments for ExProTrack subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle's own buyer protection and refund guarantees apply to all purchases.
14-Day Refund Right
You are entitled to a full refund if you request one within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason, with no conditions. To request a refund, email support@exprotrack.com with your account email address.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
14-Day Free Trial
Our free trial requires no payment method. There is nothing to refund during the trial period.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@exprotrack.com with your account email address and a short description of your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed by Paddle within 5 to 10 business days.
